I have always been in love with berries. They look tempting because of the bright refreshing colors that they carry, the sweet and sour taste and that soft and juicy skin. We would mostly have them in summers, won’t we? But berries in winter are of the best quality. So why not have a combination of berries with something that is warm for the body and all that came into the mind was Almonds. They go fantastic with blueberries so here is a super quick, easy recipe which is suitable for a quick breakfast too!!
1 cup milk 1 small banana 40g blueberries(frozen can be used if fresh not available) 2 tbs almond meal 4 ice cubes
1. Blend all ingredients, reserving a few blueberries to serve, until smooth
