We always crave for some snacks during the day. people like me, crave at night as well!! So I make these little bars which are even good filling option for the 3:00pm sugar intakes. I most of the times need some 3 o’clock sugar when at work. Very quick and easy to make. store them in air tight containers. stays fresh till about 10 days. I usually double the recipe since I and my husband both are fond of these and keep some at work. It lasts good till the end of the week.
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter, no added fat, sugar or salt
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats, blitzed to flour
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup puffed rice
1/2 tsp salt
