Summer Smoothie Bowl

Do you love all those fresh, refreshing fruits?? How about those using in 1 bowl of energy and all those combined tastes: sour, sweet, tangy!! Here’s the recipe below. I love it because I now have a new way to have my favorite fruit, MANGO!!!!

Ingredients

150g chilled canteloupe, diced
30g vanilla protein powder
2 tsp peanut butter
1/2 small mango, cut in slices
2 tsp cacao nibs
1/2 kiwi fruit, sliced and cut in quarters
8 blueberries
2 tsp coconut flakes

Method

1. Blend cantaloupe, protein powder and peanut butter together till smooth. (you may need to add a little cold water if too thick)
2. Transfer to a bowl and top with mango, cacao, kiwi, blueberries and coconut.
Notes:
If cacao nibs not available, just grate some dark chocolate or sprinkle some cocoa powder.
Not a big fan of coconut? you can avoid it, its absolutely fine.
